Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and using items appropriately. Jewelry and accessories should generally be kept away from harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture, excessive force, and extreme heat unless the product description states otherwise.
Small parts may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets. Our bracelets, keychains, charms, and decorative accessories are not toys unless specifically identified as such.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Wipella provides free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery is generally 7–14 business days after shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before an item is sent back.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, and usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- May not be combined
- May be limited to one use per customer or order
We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.
